The room had tea and coffee facilities. It was quite convenient. Thick towels were provided. The location is close to local shops and takeaways. That was beneficial.
The bathroom door did not open fully. The sink was in the way.

friendly staff great value local amenities
The friendly staff were very cute upon arrival. the value for money was great, and it. i enjoyed the local amenities that surrounded the area. They added a touch of convenience to our getaway.
The old carpet on the steps had some dust. It was only a very small detail.

our double room had tea and coffee facilities for a warm welcome after a long journey. lots of storage space meant that we could unpack and settle in. a separate shower room added convenience and privacy , it was lovely.

the inn includes a bar cafe that provides entertainment, we found the staff there cooperative. free parking is available , just remember to register your car upon arrival. these facilities added value and convenience to the stay.

the staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and included coffee and tea (a nice touch after a long day).

the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station (it's just one minute). this makes it easy to access the city centre, the international airport, and the nec for events and travel.

friendly staff clean rooms easy parking tiny shower loud motor poor tv signal
the staff were really friendly i've stayed a few times now i will be staying again. the rooms were very clean and presentable the location is amazing. parking was easy to access that is a plus.
the sink blocked some of the bathroom door the shower room was really tiny. the window faced the walkway where people walked to reach their rooms a large motor outside was also loud. the tv signal wasn't great it was also hot

i loved the bar cafe it was really entertaining the staff were very helpful i also found the location convenient to bus stops i could easily get around town. the rooms were clean when i arrived i had all the necessities for a comfortable stay the staff were super friendly and helpful. i had a short stay the room was quite adequate for my needs the tv with many channels kept me entertained
it wasn't clear if food was always available i found out there are specific times for meals that detail should be clearer

the staff were very kind and helpful . i found the location quite good for transport links and local amenities. it was also easy to find the place after arriving into town. i appreciate the room's cleanliness. it was super clean.
the shower pressure was very low making it difficult to wash.
